How does in-person service work?
We come to you! We are happy to help you, wherever you are most comfortable. This can be at your kitchen table, your community common area, even your favorite coffee shop! We serve Johnson County and the Greater Kansas City area. A small travel fee may apply outside that area, and we'll tell you before we book.
How much does it cost?
One-on-one help is $99 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is billed in 15-minute increments, so you only pay for what you use. Every hour includes 50 minutes of hands-on help. Small-group workshops are $150 for one hour or $250 for two. Prices are plus applicable taxes.
What can you help with?
Phones, tablets and computers of all makes and models. Email, passwords and getting back into accounts. Photos, video calls and texting. Streaming, TV and soundbars. Printers and home Wi-Fi. Pop-ups, malware and virus removal. Have an issue we didn't list? Give us a call!.
Do you repair broken devices?
We do not currently offer hardware repair services. We do, however, assist with setup like connecting streaming devices to TVs or setting up printers
I think my phone or computer may have a virus! What do I do?
Turn off, or disconnect the device from the internet and call or email us immediately. We are happy to help you with any device that might be compromised
Can I book a visit for my mom or dad?
Absolutely! Fill in the booking form with your own contact details, and use the notes to tell us who the visit is for and what they'd like help with. We'll arrange a time that works for everyone.
Every time I visit a big-box store, they try to sell me a new device. Are you going to do the same thing?
No. We don't sell devices. If you're thinking about a new phone, tablet or computer, we'll give you honest guidance on what fits your needs. No sales pitch, no pressure.
How can I pay?
We accept all major cards, checks and cash.

Yes we are!
Do you offer seminars or group sessions for senior living communities?
Yes. We run small-group workshops for up to 6 people at your facility or community space. For independent living, active adult and 55+ communities, we offer workshops or a regular on-site schedule, priced to your community's size and location.
